Garden Design

GARDEN DESIGN PLANS

Here are some examples of the type of drawings you should expect to receive. The plans are drawn to scale and sometimes coloured.

The first drawing gives an axonometric view of a proposed garden design for a small garden.

The second drawing is a master plan drawing of a very large garden. It sets out proposals for the garden including areas of hard landscaping and areas of planting. This plan would be followed up with more detailed plans for each area of the garden. A set of detailed plans would also be provided that sets out how the garden will be built.

The third drawing is an outline plan for a medium/large size garden and, again, it sets out proposals for areas of hard landscaping and planting.  A detailed plan would also be provided that sets out how the garden will be built.

After the hard landscaping is completed we provide planting plans that give the finishing touches to the garden.  The plans list the botanical name for each plant, their positions and spacing for planting.
